This newly built waterfront all-season vacation home offers 3,800 sq. ft. of rustic luxury and plenty of private space to relax and enjoy the scenery.

Great Room - Great-Room is 27 x 18 ft (480 sq ft) with hand scraped rustic oak floor and knotty pine cathedral ceiling.  The front doors open onto a 500 sq. ft. cedar deck with stunning views of lake and mountains.  The room is appointed with a wood burning stove/fireplace; wood is provided.  Overlooking the great room is a 400 sq. ft. loft to use as a quiet room; sitting, reading, game playing and chilling out area with view of great room and lake.

5 Bedrooms - 3 bedrooms on the main level have queen beds.  The lower floor has 2 bunk rooms w/ 3 twin bunk beds per room. 

Bathrooms - 2 bathrooms on main level, both with showers, 1 is tub shower.  2 baths on the lower level, 1 with shower and 1, 1/2bath.

Kitchen - Country style kitchen has 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, microwave, gas oven & cook top, island sink with breakfast bar, garbage disposal, and plenty of room for several cooks at once. Dinning area seats 12 at main table; kitchen-dinning area is 25x15 ft.

Family Room - Family-Room on lower level is 27 x 18 ft (480sq ft) with commercial grade carpet so perfect for kids and in/out access to beach and has a snack kitchen area with full refrigerator, sink, microwave and table settings. There is also a gas stove/fireplace .  At one exit, there are 2 changing rooms and one bathroom with easy access to the beach. Outside is a 400 sq ft cedar deck with a large gas BBQ and a clear view of beach & dock (keep an eye on the kids).  The adjoining media room has a 30” flat screen TV and DVD player. 

Laundry Room - The laundry room is complete with new washer, dryer and laundry tub.

Utilities - The water supply system is sediment and charcoal filtered then sanitized with industrial UV light treatment so all faucets have great tasting clean potable water with unlimited supply so don’t have to worry about sucking the well dry.  There is an 80 gallon gas hot water tank so take 2 showers at once and several back to back without running out of hot water.
No power outages!!!  This cabin has an automatic propane fueled back-up generator so if the power goes out, the cabin is backed up and your vacation is not ruined.  Cabin heat is electric, LP gas stove and wood stove so 3 different heat sources; just in case.

There is a wonderful and safe fire pit area on beach for evening bonfires.  Sunbathe on the 100 ft. private sandy beach or the new 10x55 ft. dock.
