It is directly in view of the Second Tee of the 18 hole Priest Lake Golf Course. The Golf Course doubles as the Nordic Center in Winter with a 7 mile groomed cross country ski trail just off the deck. Access to hundreds of miles of groomed snowmobile and cross country trails add to the beauty of this location. All amenities Priest Lake has to offer are close by.

THE LIVING ROOM - A cozy wood stove and beautiful view out the front room window top off this wonderful setting. An overstuffed sofa is perfect for lounging with your favorite book. A large dining table is located on the west end of the front room in front of an extra big sliding glass door that leads out to the deck, yard, and golf course.

BEDROOMS -The master bedroom has a new king size bed. There is ample closet and dresser space for all your needs. The second bedroom on the main floor has a new queen size bed, large closet, and nice dresser. The front room sofa also doubles as a queen bed.

THE KITCHEN - Modern appliances including refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and coffeemaker are all just like new. The cupboards are well equipped with pots, pans, plates, utensils, cups and glasses and almost anything you might need. Just remember to bring your groceries and your favorite recipe.

THE BATHROOM - One full bathroom on main floor and one full bathroom on the lower level make it very easy to get up and rolling to enjoy your day and night at Priest Lake.

THE LOWER LEVEL -A cool summer retreat awaits you in the open and large daylight basement with ample windows, nice wood stove, washer/dryer, and full bathroom. Can accommodate children or adults in a lovely 4 poster queen size bed and/or an extra queen size air mattress. Outside entry to 2 car carport for covered sled parking and lots of storage for all of your winter and summer gear.

LINENS-Are provided if you launder before departing.

LAUNDRY ROOM - An extra added luxury is a laundry room with a large capacity washer and dryer for your convenience. There is tons of room for handling wet gear and anything else you may have a need for.

THE GREAT OUTDOORS - A spacious deck just outside the living room provides a serene view of Priest Lake Golf Course and fabulous sunsets that the west side of Priest Lake so often boast A private trail onto the golf course links to your driveway. Swim at Hill's Resort or the local public beach and dock your boat at Hill's Resort or Priest Lake Marina . In winter, access to the Priest Lake Snomobile Trail System and Cross Country Ski Trail Systems are just out your front door. There is a double carport for added convenience and security.

THE OTHER THINGS YOU MAY WANT TO KNOW ABOUT…

This home is close in enough that you can walk to The Tamrak Shopping Village a full service grocery/video/ice cream parlor/book store/gift shop/tanning salon/styling salon/work out center/hardware store. The Chimney Rock Cafe and the Golf Club both serve wonderful meals for that night you just do not want to cook or drive around looking for a place to eat. Walk or take your golf cart or snowmobile to enjoy the local cusine. The Priest Lake Nordic Center with a 7mile groomed Cross Country Ski Trail is operated in the winter on the renowned 18 hole Priest Lake Golf Club which is less than 20 yards from your front door, hole one is visable from the front room and outside deck.
