Enjoy Your Priest Lake Vacation at Sugarpine

LIVING ROOM – Two comfy couches, one of which is a hide-a-bed, provide ample resting space in this living room.  There is a TV with DVD player for the occasional rainy day.

KITCHEN – There is no need to bring any kitchen items to this rental except your food and your favorite recipe. The combined kitchen/dining layout makes for a cozy spot for dinner or your favorite board game. There is a gas BBQ on the back deck for grilling that favorite cut or your catch of the day.

BATHROOMS -  There is one bath with a shower. 

BEDROOMS –There is one bedroom on the main floor with a queen bed.  A second bedroom upstairs has a double bed. A loft upstairs sports two twin size beds for the youngsters.  There is also a sleeping loft in the overhead of the tool shop that will sleep several kids.

LAUNDRY ROOM – There is a new over/under combo washer dryer in the back room which doubles as a baby room. 

TELEPHONE – There is no telephone. Cell phone service is marginal at the house but is very good at the lake's edge or near Grandview Resort just down the road.  Remember, you're not in town for a reason.

THE GREAT OUTDOORS - Sugarpine comes with access to the boat launch and beach area at the end of Timber Lane.  That does NOT however include use of the dock at that location, as it is PRIVATE.
There is ample room at the house to store your boat or watercraft trailer.

OTHER THINGS YOU MAY WANT TO KNOW ABOUT

             There is a dedicated boat slip in Elkin's new, 
           covered "B" dock for an extra $150.00 per
           week fee.
