This modern condo unit is within view of the Selkirk Lodge, it lies within Schweitzer Village just a short hike from all services. The Schweitzer Shuttle on the Black Bear Route can transport you up to the Village in no time or you can walk to the Overnighter Trail and ski down to chair 2. This unit will sleep 6. Conveniently located on the end of the first floor makes for a very quick trip in from your vehicle and to the beginning of a great stay at This Schweitzer Mountain Condo.

AVAILABILITY AND PRICING - This unit is available through the 2006-2007 season with the exception of a few owner blackout dates. The nightly rental fee is $100 (taxes not included) excluding Holidays (check for rates) and a $35 non-refundable cleaning inspection as this condo is leave as you found except for laundry which we will take care of.

THE LIVING AREA is comfortable, cozy, and nicely decorated. A wood burning fireplace highlights the room.. The sofa hides a queen size bed and two trundle beds providing sleeping space for 6.

THE KITCHEN separated from the living area by a pass thru bar and is well equipped with utensils, plates, etc. Microwave, refrigerator, oven, coffeemaker, dishwasher. Just remember to bring your groceries. Towels, soaps, and paper products are provided for your convenience.

THE BATHROOM: One bathroom with a full size bathtub and shower. The owner provides plenty of bathroom towels for use with care.

TELEPHONE: There is no phone available at this unit. There is Verizon Cell service on the mountain.

THE GREAT OUTDOORS: Parking for two vehicles is always open at the condo. The enclosed entry adds to the ease of unloading and getting settled into your vacation condo. The Selkirk Lodge and Chimney Rock Cafe, Ski Rentals, Take Out Food, and all services you might need are located on the mountain within walking distance of our Schweitzer Mountain Condo.
