The Sandpiper is a lovely stick frame home built in 1994, it is nestled along a man made canal adjacent to the Priest Lake Thorofare. A private dock and sandy beach are just off the front deck and to the east is a fabulous view of Lions Head Campground, Priest Lake, and the Selkirk Mountain Range which top off this perfectly located home.

PRICING - $2000 in July and August and $1800 in June, and September (tax not included) and a $35 non-refundable cleaning inspection and outdoor garbage removal fee. This property is only available for the summer season. Check for daily rates if they are available.

THREE BEDROOMS - At this time one bedroom has a queen and two of the bedrooms have 2 twins. One bedroom is on the main floor and the others upstairs, the loft area can be used as a floor sleeping area if you have mattress or just on the carpet. There is also a fold out couch in the front room.

THE LIVING ROOM is comfortable and cozy. There is also a television, VCR. The windows on the north side of the front room frame a perfect view of the canal and private dock, while the sliding glass door and windows on the east frame your view of the private beach, beautiful Priest Lake and the Selkirk Mountain range.

THE KITCHEN is well equipped with utensils, plates, microwave, refrigerator, oven, coffeemaker, and dishwasher. A breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the front room and added to the vaulted ceilings a large open cabin like setting unfolds.

TWO BATHROOMS - There is a bath on the main floor with a privacy area for the shower and commode and a separate dressing area with sink. A washer/dryer and freezer are also located here. The second bath is upstairs has a sink and commode.

TELEPHONE - There is phone service available at this unit. There is a Wireless Internet connection at this home.

THE GREAT OUTDOORS - With a mountainous beachfront setting that compares to no other, time spent in this vacation home will be an unforgettable memory. There is an abundance of activities just out your front door, to name a few, Hiking, Biking, Swimming, Boating, Water Skiing, Fishing, Rock Climbing, Mountain Goat Viewing, and Huckleberry Picking.
