All Season Pleaser sits on a natural terrace overlooking Priest Lake surrounded by a large grassy yard enhanced by a fabulous lake view. There is a main house with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and 2 new, hotel type rooms each with a new queen bed, couch and private full bath over the detached garage. The home is only a 3 minute walk to the Beach at Coolin and is directly on the Priest Lake Snowmobile Trail System.  

Living Room-Newly furnished with large couch, loveseat, arm chairs, television, VCR/DVD, and china hutch. A freestanding propane stove with viewable flame adds to the cozy feeling this home provides. The owners require NO SHOES in the house so that hints that the carpet and floors are very clean and comfortable for lounging. A large picture window frames a perfect scenic view of Priest Lake, there is a sliding glass door that leads to the front yard from the north corner of the Living Room.

Kitchen-Large modern kitchen with all the amenities including a coffee grinder, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. The white decor, large kitchen window, and new appliances make for a very bright kitchen that will make you feel right a home as you are cooking. Fully stocked with all the necessary items for preparation of your favorite meal. The owner has provided kitchen linens for use with care.

Bedrooms-In the main house there are two bedrooms with queen beds and new dressers. They each have large closets and nice windows. The owner has provided bedding and linens for your convenience.

Bathrooms-Two very modern bathrooms each conveniently located near the bedrooms, they have been totally remodeled, one has a oversized shower and the other has a full bathtub and shower. The owner provides linens for the bathrooms.

Laundry Room-A new washer and dryer are a nice touch to top off a perfect vacation home. No going home with dirty laundry and no more riding with wet coats. Please bring extra laundry soap if you think you might have a lot to launder.

Bunkhouse/Guestrooms/Suites-Gracing the second floor of a detached garage are two back to back suites each with a queen bed, 2 person loveseat (south unit loveseat is a double hide-a-bed sleeper), coffee table, dresser, coffee maker, large closet, and a nice big full bathroom with shower/tub. The owner provides bathroom and bedroom linens in these units as well.

Outdoors-This home has a large enclosed screen porch for storage of winter and summer gear. (A good place to leave your shoes.) An entry door from the screen porch into the laundry room prevents any need to bring wet stuff into the house. It has ample area for trailer parking or extra vehicles. The groomed snowmobile trails are just out the front door. Unload the sleds and ride to all services you might need.

- The Leonard Paul Store is a full service grocery store with lots of local touches. The have most everything you might forget to bring with you. It is about a 3 minute walk from the home.
