Park Place is conveniently located just off Reeder Bay Road with in walking distance to Ledgerwood Beach and nearby resorts. A fenced yard surrounds this large comfortable cabin. A large front room with a free standing wood stove and large picture windows is open to the kitchen and dining area. A spacious deck surrounds the entire cabin for lots of outside enjoyment. There is no outdoor fire pit at this cabin.

OCCUPANCY - This cabin allows up to 10 guests, renting Saturday to Saturday, for a fee of $1295.00. Ask about nightly rates. This cabin will still have operating water when a power outage occurs, which is a very special amenity. Not available in winter..

LIVING ROOM - Nicely decorated with natural wood paneling, large sofa, assorted chairs, and television with DVD & VHS, but no cable or satellite.

DINING AREA - The dining area has a small 4 person table and there will be TV trays or a card table to accommodate everyone to sit for meals.

BEDROOMS - Two on the main floor are also decorated with natural wood paneling and each have a double bed with linens provided by the owner. Two more bedrooms on the second floor each have queen wooden post beds.

A large family area on the second floor has a fold down futon couch, a set of bunk beds, extra chairs, and a small snack fridge. This area is very cozy and spacious for quiet time or game time.

BATHROOMS - Two full bathrooms located one on each floor have full bathtubs with showers, sink, commode, and towels provided by the owner.

LAUNDRY - The laundry room is across the hall from the bathroom and the washer and dryer are available for you to use.

THE OUTDOORS - A Weber Charcoal Grill is on site for your use with caution. The large surrounding deck is an awesome place for gathering for a cook out. The garage will not be available to renters, however there is ample parking and turn around space for boat trailers and the trucks too. Launching is available at the nearby resorts. The fenced yard is an added bonus to keep the toddlers from wandering. No Pets are Allowed. No Outdoor Fires are Allowed.
