LIVING ROOM - Located on the main floor, the living room area is fitted with two couches, two chairs, a fireplace, coffee table and slider doors onto the deck.
KITCHEN – The kitchen area opens into the dining area with large table and also has slider doors onto the deck. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils.
BATHROOMS - There are 1-1/2 baths on the main level and a full bath on the lower level.
BEDROOMS – The master bedroom is on the main floor, a guest bedroom on the lower level with a queen bed and two lofts on the upper level. The north loft has a double bed and two twins. The south loft has two double beds and one single. There is a bunk room on the lower level that sleeps six.
LOWER LEVEL – The lover level offers a large sectional couch, entertainment center with satellite TV, piano, sauna, wet bar with microwave, mini fridge and sink.
PRIVATE DOCK – Private 15,000 sq ft dock with plenty of room to sun and relax.
EMERGENCY GENERATOR – There is an automatic emergency backup generator to provide power in case of an outage.
LAUNDRY ROOM –
There is a washer and dryer for your use.
TELEPHONE
– There is a telephone for
local calls.
