Drive or Fly-In to Airport Estates at Priest Lake, Idaho

  Airport Estate is located in a gate controlled community adjacent to the Cavanaugh Bay Airstrip on the southeast side of Priest Lake.  It is walking distance to Cavanaugh Bay Resort which offers boat moorage and excellent restaurant.  In Winter, the edge of the airstrip serves as a trailhead to 400 miles of the Priest Lake Groomed Trails System.

LIVING ROOM – The living area is highlighted by a large stone fireplace with a wood stove insert that adds a cozy feel to a snowy winter night or a cool summer evening.  A large wraparound couch and a recliner provide ample seating.  A TV with DVD/VCR player provides diversion for the kids on an off day or for that late night movie.  The Loft area offers a love seat and a commanding view of this spacious home and the outdoors through the expanse of glass on the front wall.

KITCHEN- The Kitchen/Dining area is an open floor plan with a bar style divider. The bar seating is an open counter to the kitchen that has full size modern appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, range and oven. A dining table and chairs faces onto the large deck.

BEDROOMS -  There are three bedrooms,  two on the main floor,  and one on the lower floor, each with a queen bed.  There is also a large room on the lower level with two bunk beds.  The rear half of the upper loft is a sleeping room with a double bed and a set of bunks.

BATHROOMS –There are two baths.  The main floor bath is spacious, well lighted, with large vanity and is highlighted by a large garden style soaking tub. The second bath is a full bath on the lower level with a tub/shower and nice vanity. 

LAUNDRY ROOM – There is a full size washer and dryer.

TELEPHONE – There no telephone at this home.  Cell service is adequate in this area of the lake.

As for the outdoors, there is plenty of parking and turn around space for boat or snowmobile trailers and the trucks too.  There is a pond across the drive that provides haven to flocks of waterfowl.
